50% advance is required immediately to confirm your booking, with the balance on or before 05 January 2026 through banking channels only. Hajj bookings are 100% non-refundable and no refund is given for unused services.
Qurbani, transport from Muzdalifah to Mina on 10 Zil Hajj and from Mina to the shifting hotel, any night increase falling outside the selected package, individual travel apart from the group, and TCS as applicable.
Meals, tent size and transport across the five days at Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah are provided solely by Saudi government authorities. Transport movement follows traffic restrictions and road closures set by the KSA authorities.
All rooms in Makkah and Madinah hotels have two beds; additional beds are cots adjusted within the same room. Hotel check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If any hotel listed changes, a similar alternative of the same standard or better will be provided.
Package costs are based on an air ticket calculation and a Saudi Riyal conversion of ₹23.50. Any change in taxes by the Government of India or the KSA authorities will be charged additionally, and flight schedules and itineraries may change without prior notice.
